A safe route for reporting concerns
BG Production values transparency, integrity and compliance with the law. The internal reporting process allows concerns and suspected violations to be raised for review.
Who can report?
Employees, contractors, suppliers and other people connected with BG Production may report a suspected breach of law, ethical standards or internal rules.
What can be reported?
- Employment-law violations, discrimination, harassment or mobbing
- Financial fraud, corruption or falsification of records
- Health, safety or workplace-security risks
- Environmental violations or improper waste handling
- Improper processing of personal data
Submit a report
Send the details to the designated whistleblowing address. Include identifying information only if you want a direct response.
What to include
- Date and place of the incident or when the information was obtained
- A clear description of the situation
- The person or people concerned
- Any witnesses, evidence or supporting information
- Optional contact details for feedback
Protection and confidentiality
Reports are handled confidentially. BG Production’s process is intended to protect whistleblowers against retaliation and support a fair review of every concern.
Acknowledgement
Non-anonymous reports are acknowledged within seven days.
Assessment
The whistleblowing team reviews the concern and determines the next steps.
Corrective action
Appropriate action is taken according to the findings.
Feedback
Where possible, feedback is provided within a maximum of three months.
