• This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data is collected, processed and protected within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
• The owner of the website bgproduction.eu and the controller of personal data is BG PRODUCTION Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Białogard 78-200, ul. Kołobrzeska 62, REGON 32094042200000, NIP 3020000967.

II. Personal data

• The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
• Personal data is collected when the user completes the forms available on the website.
• Personal data is used solely for the purpose to which the user has consented.
